NO CREDIT CHECK HOUSING. We offer fully furnished homes, alcohol and drug free environment, tenant-managed daily living, options of private or shared rooms, and affordable housing options.
Does LKNBH offer 24-hour care?
No, LKNBH is a totally indepedent environment. We are a non medical program. Individuals must be completely capable of caring for themselves with no supervision.
Does the rent cover meals?
No, residents must be able to prepare their own meals.
How does LKNBH ensure the safety of residents?
We maintain a secure environment with comprehensive safety protocols, including monitoring systems, smart lock access, and emergency response plans.
How much are the room rates?
Our room rates start at $600.00 per month with a one time accountability fee of $300.00. This includes all utilities and WI-FI.

Yes, we require a one time accountability fee of $300.00.
What is required to move-in?
Our move-in requirements are:
